Step 1: Go to your stripe dashboard https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/dashboard
Step 2: Start the process of activating your stripe account
Step 3: Once you have filled out the stripe activation form, you will receive an email with a link to active your account. Click that link to activate your account, and return to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/dashboard
Step 4: Complete the activation process, and copy your API keys into plumbview
